Real Estate Development:

Real Estate Development can be subdivided into Palma Development which encompasses all the projects that Palma has developed and Development Management Services, the services Palma can offer investors who wish to develop their own properties.

Palma has developed over AED 3.6 (USD 1 Billion) worth of property in prime real estate areas in Dubai. We have also developed and acquired prime waterfront retail assets that have delivered solid, recurring revenue streams, and have a team of professionals to manage these assets to achieve their maximum potential value.

Going forward, we will continue to invest, develop and acquire prime retail assets and continue to explore opportunities in the hospitality sector to add to this recurring revenue stream.
Our Development Management Services division at Palma is aimed to support investors in their quest to develop outstanding properties. Staying true to our core values and a commendable track record of being a solid foundation, our development management division aims at taking investor’s projects from land selection all the way to handover of units.

Property Management:

Our sole objective is to guarantee utmost convenience to our local and international clients while ensuring their property delivers maximum yield with minimum hassle. The management services offered to our clients include dealing directly with prospects and tenants, marketing rentals, collecting rents, handling maintenance and repair issues, responding to tenant complaints. Palma currently runs the community management for Silverene Towers in Dubai Marina, which is highly reputed for its upkeep, recording high growth values for its owners.
