About Cavalli Tower

Cavalli Tower will be separated into three sections: luxury on the first floor, higher luxury on the middle floor, and super luxury on the top floor. Sky pools and sky gardens will be available in the luxury and upper luxury floors. while the super luxury area will have an infinity pool, a cigar lounge, a pavilion for private events, and its own private pool or jacuzzi. All of the apartments will feature balconies and high ceilings, providing stunning views of the surrounding neighborhood and the sea. From each unit, residents will have views of the Palm Jumeirah, the Burj Al Arab, the new Emaar Beachfront, and the much-anticipated Ain Dubai. The apartments will be as conical as the structure itself, since the building lobby will be on the first four levels, equipped with an indoor waterfall. Among walking distance of the complex is Media City Park, which features a large lake and several seating spots situated within green spaces. The Emirates Golf Club is another famous tourist and resident site near the tower. It is well-known as the city's premier golf location.

Cavalli Tower is developed by DAMAC Properties, and is in collaboration with Roberto Cavalli. The complex has 70 floors with 487 units, and it offers 1-to-3-bedroom apartments for customers to buy. Constructions will begin in 2022, and its expected to complete within 4 years’ time.

As I look up about Cavalli Tower, the project is impressed me by their facility and luxury decorated. The project area is a vivid and beautiful location, resident could enjoy this convenient commercial center and aesthetically. There’s functional both inside where full of project’s facility and convenience outside with public transportation. So, I think this project will be out-standing real-estate when it launched.

Cavalli Tower differs from most, if not all apartments. Its so unique and different. Luxury, elegant, classy or modern doesn’t define it. It ticked all of the right boxes but the only way to experience it is to be here yourself. You’ll be in awe at what the apartment complex has to offer. There is a wide range of entertainment in the area to fulfill whatever you’re craving that day. If you have time on your hands, Dubai Marina Mall is within a 15 minutes’ drive.
