For me, Caya is a special villa in Dubai because it has plenty of leisure space. The project has a large landscape garden and community space for gathering. I think this greenery and leisure affected the project's livable the same as their convenient facility. For another impression, The project finishing is so nice, their modern house is harmonious with the lush landscape.

For me, Caya project is perfect combination between Contemporary house and green space. Luxury villas with rooftop and garden terraces, as well as double parking and world-class amenities. These contemporary, stand-alone villas are located near ARIII Central Park and are snuggled in large plots. This could reflect that the project is not only livable but also functional. So, For me this project is really providing me a comfortable living.

Claren Podium apartments is in a very convenient location to work places and to the Burj Khalifa as well. If you are a workaholic, Claren Podium apartments is perfect for you. There is no traffic at all to worry about. Claren Podium apartments are spacious and very bright.
