Al Mizan was founded in 1998 as a trading business in Dubai. The company saw success in the trading of goods in the Electronics and IT industries with the popularization of personal computers, and increasing population of this region.
2004 saw the advent of an economic boom in Dubai, driven primarily by the real estate industry, the company expanded its’ activities to Realty investments, finding further success in this industry, and eventually shifting their core focus to Real Estate.
Since 2014, Al Mizan has ventured further into the Real Estate industry as Property developers, focusing on the development of residential, commercial, and hospitality projects with premium quality finishes.
Today, activities of the group include investment and trading of residential, retail and commercial units in several established and developing neighborhoods of Dubai.
